Seeking

We are seeking a friendly, team-oriented individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality and people. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask are a must! 

Qualifications

  • Hospitality/Food and Beverage industry background and experience a plus

  • Ability to focus for an entire shift, troubleshooting, and prioritizing skills

  • Courteous and able to make guests feel special

  • Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to handle a high-pressure, fast-paced, and stressful environment

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, assist where needed, and carry heavy trays

  • A desire to provide the ultimate in hospitality and customer service

  • Must be able to work weekends, Holidays, and some nights when applicable

  • Complete RSB Certification upon hire

  • Must be able to work weekends and Holidays

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

These duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • To ensure that guest satisfaction and profitability are maximized at every opportunity

  • To uphold professional standards of excellence and customer service

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor

  • Checks in and seats reservations and walk-ins accordingly

  • Assign guests to a Wine Advisor/Server

  • Pre-bus tables between courses

  • Assist fellow associates with additional job duties as business dictates and as required

  • Organize, price, and ring up guests for merchandise

  • Educate guests on our property and wines when applicable

  • Be up to date on events and promotions happening company-wide

  • Keeps the area tidy and maintains a clean work environment, upholds all health and safety regulations

  • Ability to work well under pressure and to complete all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ensure that all duties are carried out before the end of the shift

  • Check in with the Manager at the start and end of each shift

  • Complete paperwork correctly after the end of every shift

  • Assist with special events, lunch, and dinners as needed

  • Performs other duties as assigned by the manager(s).


Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 60lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking

  • Weekends and holidays required

  • Ability to focus for an entire shift, troubleshooting, and prioritizing skills
