Built in 1880, this magnificent Victorian farmhouse was considered the crown jewel of the Adelaida District, hosting some of the Smith family’s most vibrant galas.
Our current owner Hansjörg Wyss commissioned the historic home to be restored to its original glory shortly after he purchased this land in 2000, and this restoration project revitalized stunning stained glass windows while updating its conveniences for today. Now it’s available for your group’s relaxing Paso Robles vineyard stay.

Pilot Cottages
Tucked into the untamed landscape of Paso Robles wine country sit our two iconic pilot cottages. Together these are the perfect place to land for the night for any pilots and passengers flying into the Halter Ranch Airport.
Each cottage sleeps two. They include a full kitchen and attached bathroom and offer guests a quiet retreat into nature and the comforts of home.

Hunting Lodge
The MacGillivray Family built the Hunting Lodge in 1970 as an innovative way to attract hunters to the area. The Lodge became a popular respite—especially after the addition of the airstrip.
This estate home is now completely renovated from the original lodge and modernized for today. This cozy home boasts 4 ensuite bedrooms, each with a private patio. A fully equipped kitchen gives way to an inviting living room with a fireplace for brisk evenings.
Enjoy the sunset from the hot tub and sip your morning coffee with a stunning sunrise over the vineyards.
