2025 Estate Rosé

The 2025 Rose bursts with aromas of strawberry, rose petals, and light red fruits.

Blend: 87% Grenache 11% Picpoul Blanc 2% Mourvèdre

Aging Recommendation: Drink now through 2030

Alcohol: 13% | pH: 3.14

Harvest Date: Block 25 Grenahce- 9/7/25 Block 76 Picpoul Blanc- 9/25/25 Block 69 Mourvèdre- 10/7/25

Fermentation: The berries were lightly crushed with 24 hours of skin contact, then pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks; multiple tanks of Rosé were blended in different proportions after fermentation to create the final cuvée.

Aging: Aged 3 months in stainless steel tanks; no oak barrel aging, no malolactic fermentation.

Pairing Suggestions: Pair with charcuterie, fruit-based salads, salmon, happy hour and warm summer days.
