2023 Grenache Blanc

Our 2023 Grenache Blanc has aromas of white peaches, jasmine, apricot, and a touch of honey.

Blend: 90% Grenache Blanc, 7% Viognier, 3% Picpoul Blanc

Aging Recommendation: Drink now through 2034.

Alcohol: 13.5% | pH: 3.23

Harvest Date: Grenache Blanc – Block 34: 9/24/23 Viognier – Block 36: 9/13/23 Picpoul Blanc – Block 46: 9/17/23

Fermentation: Fermented in two Hungarian 500L puncheons and the remainder in neutral French oak barrels. The barrels were stirred once per week after finishing primary fermentation to incorporate the lees (battonage). This wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation.

Aging: Aged for 10 months in neutral French Oak.

Pairing Suggestions: Pair with oysters, ceviche, light pastas, and cheese.
