2022 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 20222 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of raspberry and Morello cherry.

Blend: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec

Aging Recommendation: Drink now through 2045

Alcohol: 14.3% | pH: 3.78

Harvest Date: Block 5 CS- 9/28/22 Block 33 CS- 10/7/22 Block 48 PV- 10/14/22 Block 28C MB- 9/17/22

Fermentation: Destemmed and fermented in closed top fermentors, with delestage daily for the first few days of fermentation followed by open pump-overs two to three times daily for an average of 14 days.

Aging: Aged for 18 months in 100% French Oak barrels, 30% of which were new oak

Pairing Suggestions: Pair with BBQ, braised meats, hearty stews and reduction sauces.
