Herby Goat Milk Ranch Salad Recipe
Meghan’s Pairing Recommendation: 2025 Sauvignon Blanc
Ingredients
Goat Milk Ranch Dressing:
½ cup goat milk
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp fresh dill
2 tbsp fresh parsley
2 tbsp fresh chives
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Salad:
8 cups arugula
¼ small red onion, chopped
4 radishes, quartered and thinly sliced
½ cup goat cheese or blue cheese crumbles (preference)
1/3 cup sun dried tomato, diced
Instructions
Goat Milk Ranch Dressing:
Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Add goat milk 1 tbsp at a time to thin out. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a jar. Set aside in fridge for at least 2 hours, making sure to stir before serving.
There will be extra! Meghan loves it on fries for a burger night.
Salad:
Add arugula to a bowl and top with red onion, radish, goat cheese crumbles, and sun dried tomatoes.
Serve with dressing on the side.
