Salmoriglio Sauce
Experience the rich flavors of our newly released, certified organic Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil by making Salmoriglio Sauce, crafted by Executive Chef Paul Arangorin. Perfect as a marinade or a sauce for fish, meats, or vegetables.
Ingredients
Yield 1 quart (4 cups)
- 3 lemons, zested 
- 1 quart Tuscan Olive Oil 
- 1/2 cup water 
- 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped 
- 3/4 cup parsley, finely chopped 
- 1/2 cup rosemary, finely chopped 
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili flake 
- salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste 
Instructions
In a bowl with a whisk, emulsify the water, lemon juice, and Tuscan Olive Oil. Then, add the finely chopped garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper to the emulsion and whisk to combine.
