The Grand Vineyard Train Tour
Hop aboard a wine tasting tour you won’t find anywhere else in California. Our very own Halter Ranch locomotive will take you on a winding tour of the vineyard estate while you relax in a handcrafted Swiss train.
While aboard, you’ll see all the property has to offer: stunning works of sculptural art, historic local landmarks, and endless views of the Central Coast valley. As a highlight, you’ll see our fascinating winemaking process unfold before your eyes.
Your tour begins at the Train Depot. Pull into the main tasting room parking lot and make your way down to our private rail station. Your conductor awaits with a welcoming glass!

Follow our organic grapes from vine to wine to see the sustainable winemaking practices we follow in our state-of-the-art production facility.
You’ll be exploring the largest wine caves on the Central Coast, learning about our world-renowned sculpture art as you go, before each guest has the chance to try a tour-exclusive tasting flight from our winemaker Kevin Sass.
