| Winemaker’s Notes: |
Our Southern Rhône Valley-style Rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre is reminiscent of the wines of the Tavel region in the Southern Rhône. This dry pink wine has flavors and aromas of red cherry and raspberry. Drink with smoked or grilled salmon, chicken salad or a simple lunch of olives, cheese and a baguette. Enjoy this lovely wine over the next 1-2 years.
