2005 Syrah ($28 - 750ml)

Our 2005 Estate Syrah displays all the attributes that have made this Northern Rhône Valley variety so popular in California. Smoky dark plum and cassis aromas are joined by roasted coffee, rich mocha and spicy licorice scents in the seductive, complex nose. On the palate, the wine’s lush, mouthfilling, black fruit flavors are enhanced by a savory roasted spice tone while crisp underlying acidity lends brightness and zest. The perfect red to accompany smoky barbecue and grilled fare, this succulent Syrah will develop even greater aromatic and flavor complexity with another 3-5 years of bottle aging.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon ($28 - 750ml)

Paso Robles has long been renowned for its world-class Cabernet Sauvignons, and our 2005 vintage certainly validates the reputation. Very dark in color, it boasts an enticing, sophisticated nose of ripe blackcurrant, black cherry and dark berry fruit, with distinctive scents of dark chocolate, cedar, black olive and sweet oak contributing complexity. On the palate, the wine’s rich, well-integrated, dark fruit and vanilla oak flavors combine to create a lush, mouthfilling impression, with crisp underlying acidity propelling the long, savory finish. This wine will age beautifully in the bottle 8-10 years.

2005 GSM - Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre ($28 - 750ml)

Our 2005 GSM Red is a Southern Rhône Valley-style blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. It offers creamy strawberry and raspberry preserve aromas with complementary spearmint, licorice, pepper, and vanilla cream scents. Rich, juicy and supple on the palate, its bright, spicy, red-fruit flavors are supported by ripe tannins and sweet oak tones, making this savory red the perfect accompaniment to classic Mediterranean fare. Delicious now, it will age well in bottle for another 2-3 years.

2007 Sauvignon Blanc ($18 - 750ml) SOLD OUT !

Fresh musk melon, Granny Smith apple, lemongrass and mineral aromas fill the nose of this fragrant, generously flavored Sauvignon Blanc. On the medium-bodied palate, the wine’s bright melon and green apple flavors take on a spicy lemon drop tone in the long, mineral-y finish, with crisp acidity supplying a refreshing, mouthwatering tang.

2007 GSM Rose - Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre ($14 - 750ml)

Our 2007 GSM Rosé blends the three classic varieties of the Southern Rhône Valley: Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. Produced by draining free run juice from the crushed black grapes – a technique the French call saigneé – this full-bodied dry rosé boasts a brilliantly vivid, fruit-basket aroma of fresh-picked raspberries, strawberries and red cherries, with added zest from a savory, cracked pepper spiciness. On the full-bodied palate, the wine’s spicy, red-fruit flavors are further enlivened by crisp acidity and a pronounced streak of minerality in the long, refreshing finish.

2005 El Pecado ($18 - 375 ml)

We named this intense dessert wine El Pecado (“The Sin” in Spanish), because it is sinfully good. A sweet, fortified blend of estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes left on the vine deep into the harvest season to concentrate sugars, it boasts luxurious cocoa, caramel, mocha, black fruit and licorice spice aromas. On the palate, sweet, dark chocolate flavors are nicely balanced by a surprisingly spicy finish. Enjoy this limited-production dessert wine on its own or with chocolate and caramel-based desserts, walnuts and blue-veined cheeses.

2007 Ranch White ($18 - 750ml)

Our Ranch White is a Southern Rhône Valley-style blend comprised primarily of the aromatic Marsanne and Roussanne varieties. The 2007 vintage boasts luxuriously fragrant aromas of honeysuckle, honeyed ripe peach and creamy vanilla. On the plump, full-bodied palate, the wine’s luscious ripe-peach flavors are balanced by crisp acidity, with mineral and spice tones enlivening the long, fruitful finish.

2005 Ranch Red ($18 - 750ml)

Our multi-variety Ranch Red has quickly become a customer favorite. Made in a rich, fruit-forward style, its bright, spicy-berry aromas and juicy, mouth-filling flavors are deliciously accessible. Although the blend changes slightly each vintage, you can always count on the high quality and incredible value of this zesty, crowd-pleasing red wine.
