Silo Barn - Capacity 120
Our renovated Silo Barn is a historic Halter Ranch grain silo; it has been fully retro-fitted for weddings and events while retaining its rustic exterior.
Silo Patio - Capacity 175
The Silo Patio is the perfect open air event space. Sit under the stars in our fully sealed event area with the rustic red grain silos at your back. The on-site catering kitchen is conveniently located next to the Silo Patio.
Ceremony Site - Capacity 175
Our ceremony space is a short stroll from the Barn and Patio area. Our brides have several access points to make their big entrance or it adds a secondary event space. It is close enough to the Barn and Patio that you can combine the spaces as well.

Site and Security Fees
The fee for use of the Halter Ranch Vineyard Silo Barn venue is $10,000-$13,000 (date dependent) plus a $2,500 refundable security deposit. The Silo Barn venue includes the large silo barn, outdoor patio, outdoor ceremony site, commercial kitchen, men’s and women’s restrooms, bridal silo, and grooms’ silo.
Historic Old Barn - Capacity 200
The Historic Old Barn provides a huge indoor space for those larger ceremonies or all in one dining event. For an additional fee.
Victorian Garden - Capacity 120
Welcome reception area only. For an additional fee.
Stay at Vineyard View
In addition, our Vineyard View estate rental property, which sleeps 14 people, can be booked at the time of contract signing to ensure availability over your wedding date.
Luxury and privacy are the high notes at Vineyard View; the home has beautiful attention to detail and stunning views from the built-in pool and hot tub.
Vineyard View has a three night minimum stay, click here to view seasonal rates. Cancellation of Vineyard View within 90 days of the wedding date will result in a 50 percent penalty.

Questions and Facts
Does Halter Ranch Vineyard have a preferred vendors list?
Yes, we have a range of approved and preferred wedding and event professionals, including full-service caterers, transportation providers and event and wedding coordinators.
Does Halter Ranch Vineyard require a wedding planner?
Yes, to ensure the success of your wedding, a professional event planner or coordinator is mandatory the day of your event. We have a list of preferred coordinators and would be happy to make suggestions based on your budget and needs.
What limitations exist for music?
Amplification of sound is allowed on Halter Ranch Vineyard premises, though agricultural zoning permits music, both acoustic or amplified, to be played no later than 10 p.m. with no exceptions.
Is there a dressing area for the bride?
Our beautiful Bridal Suite is fully equipped with everything a bride and bridal party needs to prepare on their big day. The newly renovated Bridal Suite includes a dressing room, makeup bar, full length mirror and relaxation area. There is also a separate dressing room and waiting area for the groom.
How can I reserve a date?
Please contact email@example.com to discuss available dates. A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is required to secure the date of your event and is to be paid within seven days of signing the rental contract.
