Brian Collins, owner/chef of Ember Restaurant will prepare a delicious menu full of local flavor perfectly in tune with the season. Pair this meal with our amazing Halter Ranch wine and it’s a match made in heaven.

Exclusive Member Price: $170 per person , Non-Member $200 per person

Restrictions: No pets, infants or other guests under 21

Reservations must be paid for at the time of booking, cancellations within two weeks of the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
