Côtes de Paso Blanc and Rosé are Buzzing – Get them while you can!

Two pressing thoughts have come to the minds (or the mind) of the Halter Ranch collective over the past month.

Thought Number 1:  Beyond being stellar overall, our summer line up (ie Rosé and Côtes Blanc) has been performing excellently in both print media and competitions (see below for specifics).

Thought Number 2: Remaining quantities of Côtes de Paso Blanc and Rosé are rapidly depleting.

Conclusion: The time is ripe to secure these wines for your summer table, porch, barbecue, or cellar.

A few more thoughts and details for your consideration:

The ’11 Rosé has been strutting its stuff since its April release.  Thus far accolades include Best of Class at the California Mid State Fair and a feature in the August issue of Sunset Magazine alongside a few other California wine stars.  If you have not yet secured a copy, we’d highly recommend picking one up.  Our Rosé is currently available in the HRV Tasting Room (open 11-5 daily) and at the following local hot spots:

Thomas Hill Organics-Paso Robles

The Pony Club at Hotel Cheval-Paso Robles

2011 Côtes de Paso Blanc received a Best in Class at the California State Fair and is a staff favorite within the current line up.  You can find it alongside the Rosé in the current tasting flight and on the list at:

The Sea Chest Oyster Bar-Cambria

Luna Red-San Luis Obispo

Indigo Moon-Cambria

If you’re local to the Central Coast and/or listen to the radio, our Winemaker Kevin Sass will be featured in a live broadcast from the Mid State Fair on The Krush 92.5 this coming Sunday July 29 at 4pm.
