Cathy LaFayette, Assistant Tasting Room Manager
Cathy and her husband have lived in the Paso Robles area for seven years. “I love being outside, taking long walks, and being close to my two beautiful granddaughters.” She and her husband love to travel in their RV, exploring this beautiful county as well as new wine regions.
Cathy has been involved with the Paso Robles wine industry, in hospitality and sales for eight years. She likes the diversity of each day, meeting new people, learning more about wine education, and sharing her enthusiasm for Halter Ranch wines. “Working at Halter Ranch is an education on many levels. The sales staff spends time in the winery and the vineyard so that we know what is going on at any point in the growing season.” Cathy believes that education gives her and the staff more to offer the customer and helps them explain what is unique about Halter Ranch Vineyard.
Happy to be part of the Halter Ranch team, Cathy feels that she has it all, working in a beautiful environment, promoting a great product and enjoying the San Luis Obispo life!
